GROUND SHIPPING:
Bo Staffs ship Postal Service Ground (see estimate time in transit) Originating from 625-Springfield IL
All other items ship UPS Ground (see estimate time in transit)
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
Bo Staffs ship Postal Service Priority Mail (see estimate time in transit) Originating from 62565
All other items ship UPS 2nd Day Air (not guaranteed)
Upgrade to UPS: (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
If your order contains Bo Staffs, we ship Postal Service by default, unless you pay to upgrade to UPS instead. This is an option you'll be asked about during checkout. The trade offs are that the Postal Service has a higher rate of delays, but UPS charges more.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT:
Go to your account order history
Beside your order, click View Details, then scroll down to see your tracking #.
UPS starts with a 1Z... (UPS does scan and update along the route)
Postal Service starts with a 92... (Postal Service does NOT scan and update along the route)
SHIPPING ISSUES:
Once the package leaves here, its out of our hands, but our customers can contact the carriers directly with questions, address updates, or start lost package help. All transit times are estimates only, and cannot be guaranteed by the carrier or InfinityMAsupply.
Postal Service:
1 - Help Request Form (use to contact Postal Service to do an initial search for item after 7 days late)
2 - Missing Mail Search (file this if no results from Help Request within 48 hours)
UPS:
1 - Change delivery address or hold for pickup with UPS MyChoice
2 - Call UPS at 1-800-742-5877

Broken / Damaged items:
If items arrive broken or damaged, email us pictures, keep the items and packaging for now. We will start a claim and replace the shipment.
